Deliveries & Collections

We require an adult to be present at the delivery time so we can gain access to a power source and they can sign the hire agreement. It is our policy is to contact the client a number of days beforehand (generally 7 – 3 days prior) to arrange a delivery time and confirm your eircode Please ensure that there’s an adult present during the arranged delivery time, otherwise the inflatable may not be dropped and there may be an additional charge to return.

All our deliveries take place between 7am and 12:30 daily. In some cases your inflatable may be dropped the evening before your booking or collected the day after your booking; however this is not always possible as it depends on delivery schedules and availability. This will be arranged during the scheduling call with the client.

During the summer months, collections begin from 7:30pm on the day of your booking and are done in rotation so first to be delivered will be collected first so that all our customers receive the same amount of time. We do however understand that these times may not suit and we try to be as flexible as we can, although this is not always possible.

 

Installation

The area in which you require the inflatable to be installed must be free from obstructions. The area must be grass, so the inflatable can be anchored to the ground safely. There must be adequate room for the size of the inflatable and additional space around the inflatable for safety purposes. Please ensure the area where you would like to place the inflatable is FREE FROM ANY ANIMAL WASTE.

We can only install the inflatable on your own private ground or an area in which you have permission to use. We cannot install any inflatable for general private hire in public areas like green areas in housing estates.

A member of our staff can call prior to delivery to ensure that the area is sufficient for your inflatable if you are unsure if the area is suitable.

 

Use of inflatable

Once the equipment is installed, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the inflatable is used as intended and that all safety instructions provided on the signed hire agreement are adhered too.

Under no circumstance should water or any other substance be applied to the inflatable. All Inflatable’s must be in the same, clean condition upon collection as they were when delivered. An extra charge may be payable if the inflatable is soiled and are not in the same condition as they were when delivered.

 

Safety and security of equipment

Once the delivery has taken place the hirer is solely responsible for the safety of all the equipment provided. If the equipment is damaged in any way or stolen whilst on their property the hirer is responsible for all repair or replacement costs of all parts of the equipment provided.

 

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits on all bookings are non refundable. If you require cancelling your booking you will automatically forfeit your booking deposit. During busy periods (MAY), if you cancel your booking you must give at least 48 hours notice. Last minute cancellations will be charged at full hire fee. All alterations to bookings must be placed 1 week before your booking date and cannot be changed thereafter
